Beth has over 30 years of experience in financial management and reporting, and in strategic and operational excellence working for growing entrepreneurial environments. She has helped small, medium and large companies implement financial discipline and develop talent and systems to support phenomenal growth.
Beth has extensive experience in human resource and information systems management, international strategy, business planning and growth financing, process efficiencies, risk management, logistics and tax strategy.
She has served as COO of Fallas Stores, re-building and turning around the business following Chapter 7 bankruptcy; as Co-CEO, Americas at Tengelmann/KiK Textilien, supporting the German investment group in US market entry plans and as CFO at Forever 21, driving the rapid international expansion of the US based fast fashion retailer to double revenues to almost $5 Billion USD and increase presence to 50 countries. Prior to Forever 21, Beth held senior Finance positions with several companies in the Retail and Travel industries. She began her career with three years in public accounting in a regional CPA firm where after one year, she assumed junior partner responsibilities.
Beth is a Certified Public Accountant with Active status in AR, TN and TX. She is an avid learner and has accumulated more than 350 hours of CPE over the last two years.
Beth purchased Your CFO to Go in 2021, added HR Services after six months, and will add IT Managed Services as the company expands business support and advisory services nationally. Her vision is to provide full corporate office support so that owners and leaders may focus on operating and growing their organizations.
